Elegy 1941

A new Art Song for violin and orchestra, to honor the memory of the victims of the Holocaust.

It is called 'Elegy 1941', as 80 years ago the abomination of the Final Solution was planned at the Wannsee conference and in the same year the yellow star decrees were enforced in nazi Germany.

The interpreter of the violin part is Miriam Kramer, a very talented and a highly inspired soloist from the United Kingdom.
